Coach factory sale July 23, 2013
Late sale post!
Last July 23, coach was nice to me. I finally got a full set of matching bag, wallet, iPad 4 case and iPhone 5 case in their Signature stripe iKat print. While I had it soft reserved in my cart, I kept on browsing looking for an alternative, or maybe even something from a different design, hoping to find a complete set, but didn't. I got so distracted that I forgot to refresh my cart and caused the expiration of my reservation. There are two things I hate to see when shopping online coach's sale:
1.) Almost gone- item is being held at another customers shopping bag, if they don't check out before the 15 minute reservation, the item will be put as available again, and those trigger happy customers may get a chance to grab the item from your bag by constantly clicking ADD TO CART.
2.) Sold out- item is literally sold out, which means, even if you click on add to cart 100x, you won't have any luck stealing it from others cart, as they've successfully paid for it already. You'll have to wait for the next sale as some merchandise does get returned by customers, but it doesn't really happen often.
The only item in my cart that gave me trouble is the iPad case, it said ALMOST GONE. I clicked away, but in my mind, this isn't going to work, but with my last dying click, it went straight to my shopping bag. Imagine if I were in an actual store playing tug of war with another person. Ha!
With that, I called my cousin to have her pay for it, as I've mentioned from several of my previous posts, coach does not accept internationally issued CC's. I called her in the nick of time, as she was about to leave to pick up her son. By the time she gets back in front of her computer, my iPad case will be long gone. So now, I've got a full set. Really happy with my purchase!
But...
I'm not really fond of wild coloured bags. I try to stick to plain, neutral colors, black, white, brown, maybe a few prints, but nothing too colorful. I always try to imagine myself wearing my printed colorful clothes, with my bag, and a simple mistake such as overloaded prints, can cause a fashion clash. End point, I'm boring. Then I met Coach's Ikat print. I may have gone overboard, as I bought a bag, a wallet, an iPad case and an iPhone 5 case, pretty much the whole line-up. Ugg, I'm such a dork. About the end of September, I shall see if colors aren't really meant for me, or I may have found a new friend in them. As of now, they're on their way home from the U.S to the Philippines. Anxiety is setting in.
PS: Don't get fooled by the picture, I had to cut and paste all of the items and merge it into one picture, as they don't sell it as a set. You can buy them individually. Also, on going sale is happening right now...

Coach factory sale July 31, 2013
On sale now! The July 31st event started just a few hours ago. Please be reminded that this is a members only online sale, check your emails if you've previously been invited to their past online sale, chances are you'll get an invite again.
What I like about the recent sales they've been having is that the tech department has improved alot, though coach seems to favor only apple products, for now at least. More hard cases, crossbody/laptop bags, sleeves and multifunction pouches are available for iPads, iPad minis, iPhone5, E-readers and Laptops. I myself bought several items during their July 23, 2013 event. Will post my great finds later. In the meantime, you go have a happy shopping!
LUVVITT® CRISTAL Hard Shell Anti-Scratch Transparent Case for iPhone 5
I know I already have an iPhone 5 back case which I bought a couple of months back from amazon for only $3.00. Well, let's just say, I got what I paid for. For the price though, I'm not going to complain. It started to form a crack near the camera, but it took 7 months before it got broken. I chose a clear case by LUVVITT for my iPhone5. As I've mentioned in my previous post, it doesn't look like it will provide much protection to my phone IF dropped, but I do have a pouch to fully protect my phones. The LUVVITT case for iPhone 5 retails at $14.95 with free shipping from amazon.com.

LUVVITT® CRISTAL Hard Shell Anti-Scratch Transparent Case for Samsung Galaxy S4
Getting a new mobile phone means you get to have an excuse to buy cases & accessories. I have an excuse, but unlike my Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-i9300, my accessory will only be a clear hard case. I've chosen a CRISTAL Hard Shell Anti-Scratch Transparent Case, by LUVVITT ($12.95
& FREE Shipping on orders over $25). True, it may seem that this particular case will only offer little protection when dropped, but I'm partial to cases which hardly adds bulk to the phone. I ordered it in amazon.com, and should be in the Philippines by end of September. In the meantime, I bought a similar case locally, retailed at P595.00 ($13.84) by metal-slim, and it's only been a month and scratches on the case are obviously hideous and two cracks on the top of the case are starting to get bigger.

iPad 4 Luxury Case
My iPad 4 looks like a bible right now, so, I'm just looking for other alternatives. I hand-picked several iPad cases from coach that I would consider buying. I would look at other brands too, but have yet to hit the malls to check what's available and what's worth my money. I got a generic $25.00 (posted $15 earlier, oops) rotating book-case type cover for my iPad as a temporary case, but afraid the "leather" on it will chip away in a couple of months.
1.) Tattersall iPad Case-$148.00, pricey but I like the plaid design. For HIM, but I say for HER can be considered. or how's about for ME?

2.)Daisy Pop C Applique iPad case-$128.00, more for the ladies. I think it's fresh and would look nice on a white iPad. Black not so much.
3.)Signature Stripe ocelot iPad case-$128.00. Again for the ladies. Your iPad will surely catch some attention, though I'm afraid the case would have the spotlight this time.
4.) Coach heritage stripe tablet case-$128.00. It says for MEN. I would consider this unisex, at least in my opinion.

5.)Varick nylon tablet case-$128.00. Four colors to choose from. I still think it's not just for the men. I would consider the black or blue case for my own. Except, the iPad might look like a bible again.

Coach factory sale January 27, 2013
The-signature-style-event sale!
So, I've missed posting 3 sales this January, and managed to catch the still ongoing 2 day sale which started January 27, 2013 and ends approximately 10 hours from now, January 29, 2013. Nothing caught my fancy except the iPhone 5 case which is at $20.30, that or I don't have money left to buy more bags.

Iphone 5 Hard case
So after buying a transparent hard case for my Iphone 5 at amazon.com, I decided (since I'm obviously a coach fan) to check the official coach website (not the factory outlet), for iphone cases...I found these lovely cases at $38 only, not including sales tax but shipping is free at $150. Pretty cheap considering I bought a temporary hard case for my Iphone on the day I got it for a hefty P1,100($26.83), it's made by capdase, which I feel is too expensive for the quality. Anyway, these coach Iphone cases are definitely not for the boys,as it looks too feminine (at least in my opinion), which is perfect for me I guess. I'm getting two of them to match my coach bags, Khaki and Black & White.

Accessories for my gadgets
I've always been a mobile phone freak. I would buy and sell, then buy again whenever there's a new handset out in the market. Some would last 2 weeks, some 3 months, but 3 years ago, I managed to tame myself for a bit and stick to one new phone for at least a year. To date, I have a Samsung S3 in pebble blue, which is smart locked, and my new shiny iPhone 5 which is globe locked. I love them both, although my original plan was to resell the iPhone 5 in a couple of months then buy the Samsung Note II LTE version when it arrives in the Philippines. Right now, I'm loving my Iphone 5, it's a breath of fresh air after years of having BIG SCREEN phones. Every year, mobile phones seem to get bigger and heavier, that is the current trend, as when a few years ago, the trend was the smaller the better.
Anyway, as a Christmas present to myself this 2012, I went ahead and got myself an iPhone 5 (had my eyes on Samsung Note II, but the latter does not support LTE yet while the Iphone 5 does). It wouldn't be complete without a protective case, a car charger, a car mount & a bluetooth handsfree headset, at least in my opinion.
Check out what's in my cart:
1.) iOttie One-Touch Windshield Dashboard Car Mount Holder for iPhone 5 4S 4 3GS Samsung Galaxy S3 S2 Epic Touch 4G HTC OneX EVO 4G Rhyme DROID RAZR BIONIC INCREDIBLE 2 CHARGE Google Nexus BlackBerry Torch LG Revolution GPS Compact Size 360 degree Rotatable
Personal favorite-This gadget will be able to hold either my Iphone 5 or my samsung S3. I need a car mount for my mobile phones as I am quite dependent on my phone's GPS, and it's quite annoying (and not safe) to have the phone sitting by my side and having to hold and look at it while driving.
